SAN FRANCISCO—Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, a national property and casualty insurance company, has selected Peppercom to provide crisis communications counsel to its commercial clients, as part of new insurance offering that covers the cost PR counsel in the event of a crisis. Fireman’s Fund’s clients who purchase this coverage will be able to contact Peppercom’s crisis hotline for real-time consultation, including on-site assistance.
