LOS ANGELES—Vickie Fite, most recently deputy managing director of Manning Selvage & Lee’s Los Angeles office, has been named managing director.  She replaces Brenda Lynch, who has left the firm to pursue other professional and personal interests.

For the past five years in her role as deputy managing director, Fite was instrumental in driving the growth of the business in food marketing, youth-oriented programs and the expansion of the agency’s diversity capabilities. A veteran of MS&L for more than 15 years, she has acted as a senior counselor to clients such as Nestlé USA, Sunkist Growers, American Cereal Council and Canon. She has also directed and supported Hispanic outreach programs for clients such as Friskies and Procter & Gamble.

In her new role, Fite plans to continue growing the business, act as a senior counsel to the office’s clients and further build the firm’s capabilities in mom marketing.
