SAN DIEGO—Tres Ríos, an ecotourism resort under development along Mexico’s Riviera Maya, has selected Fleishman-Hillard International Communications as its public relations agency-of-record. Upon completion, Tres Ríos will offer 1,700 room accommodations within five distinct hotels, a marina, luxury spa, convention center, yacht club, an equestrian center, and a nature park featuring a Mayan cultural center and preserve.

Fleishman-Hillard will oversee a multi-tiered program involving trade and consumer marketing to introduce Tres Ríos to key influencers, drive occupancy at the resort, and build a repeat guest base. The effort is focused initially on North America with a secondary emphasis on Latin America.
