LONDON—When Fleishman-Hillard acquired the U.K. healthcare specialist CPR Worldwide two years ago, it was largely for its experience in developing international pharmaceutical public relations campaigns. But now F-H is drawing on the boutique’s management experience to boost its London office, naming CPR co-chief executive Scott Clark as managing director of Fleishman’s 90-person U.K. operation.

According to Jack Modzelewski, president of Fleishman-Hillard Europe, “By ensuring closer coordination and teamwork, this move not only strengthens our ability to serve F-H and CPR healthcare clients in the U.K., it will also enable us to give those clients better access to the full range of resources F-H has to offer, including corporate and business-to-business communications, technology, and marketing communications.”

CPR had operated separately from the parent company’s U.K. office, led by by Clark, Steve Carroll and Mour Gitsham. Carroll will continue to oversee all day-to-day operations for CPR, while Gitsham will continue to be based in France and will take on a new role helping to develop the F-H healthcare practice in continental Europe.
