Fleishman Names Four Senior Partners in St. Louis

Fleishman-Hillard St. Louis has promoted four executives to senior partner: Jeffrey Davis, Donald Etling, Wendy Flanagan, and David Lowey.

ST. LOUIS—Fleishman-Hillard St. Louis has promoted four executives to senior partner: Jeffrey Davis, Donald Etling, Wendy Flanagan, and David Lowey.

Davis manages the office’s marketing communications team and serves as consumer marketing practice co-leader for North America. He joined Fleishman-Hillard in 1986 and has worked with Wal-Mart, Procter & Gamble, Dell, ConAgra, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Anheuser-Busch.

Etling co-founded and leads Fleishman-Hillard’s internal communications practice, which focuses on helping organizations align employee performance behind their objectives and business strategies. He joined Fleishman-Hillard in 1993 and has provided employee communications and corporate reputation leadership for Fortune 500 clients.

Flanagan leads the St. Louis office’s corporate-reputation and business-to-business marketing communications practice. She joined FH in 1999 and has managed national and regional public relations programs for companies such as SBC Communications, Emerson, and Graybar.

Lowey heads Fleishman-Hillard’s creative group in St. Louis and has helped expand the agency’s online communications capabilities and develop the agency’s knowledge and client management tools, and the agency’s own brand and marketing efforts.
