SAN FRANCISCO – Former Max Borges and Access exec Michael Young has launched a new tech firm Actual focused on enterprise and consumer tech and lifestyle.

"Actual will work with clients to create 'content that converts' for both business decision makers and consumers," Young said. "The move to launch Actual was inspired by the shifts in the ways different buyers consume media in different ways along the path the purchase." He is joined by David Farinella who serves as chief creative officer.

In 2014, Young left Access Communications after nearly 10 years to become EVP at the tech boutique Max Borges Agency. There, he reported into CEO Max Borges in role that involved leading client engagements, evolving the firm’s communications services capabilities, as well as developing new business.
