Former Aide to First Lady Joins Gibraltar

Gibraltar Associates, a risk and reputation management and public affairs consultancy has hired Tarah Donoghue as an associate in its Washington, D.C., office. Donoghue will focus on client communications strategy, policy and strategic messaging.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Gibraltar Associates, a risk and reputation management and public affairs consultancy has hired Tarah Donoghue as an associate in its Washington, D.C., office. Donoghue will focus on client communications strategy, policy and strategic messaging.

Donoghue joins Gibraltar from the White House, where she served as deputy press secretary to First Lady Laura Bush from May 2006 to August 2007. While at the White House, she served as spokeswoman for the First Lady, advised on communications strategy, traveled with Mrs. Bush and coordinated media coverage in more than 25 countries. 

Previously, she served in the office of the Vice President.
