Former GM Communicator Joins Coyne Automotive Team

Coyne PR has hired General Motors executive Kathleen Hamilton as an assistant vice president in the agency’s automotive practice. Hamilton brings more than two decades of automotive experience to Coyne, most recently as communications manager for GM.

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Coyne PR has hired General Motors executive Kathleen Hamilton as an assistant vice president in the agency’s automotive practice. Hamilton brings more than two decades of automotive experience to Coyne, most recently as communications manager for General Motors.

 

Prior to General Motors, Hamilton held positions at Ford Motor Company and Jaguar Cars.  She was also managing editor of Automotive News and executive editor of Automobile Magazine. She also established her own independent public relations consulting service for automotive clients including Honda Motor Company.

 

As a member of the Coyne PR team, Hamilton will provide clients with a corporate insider's viewpoint and experience. The firm’s automotive clients include Goodyear, Shell Lubricants, Quaker State, Rain-X and Pennzoil.
