NEW YORK—Loretta Ucelli, former assistant to the President and director of White House communications for President Bill Clinton, will consult with Gutenberg Communications, a public and investor relations firm, as senior advisor.
Most recently, Ucelli was senior vice president for corporate communications at Pfizer, the world's largest research-based pharmaceutical company. She also served as executive vice president for communications and external relations at Columbia University and oversaw the institution's government and community relations programs.
Prior to her role at the White House, Ucelli was the associate administrator for communications, education and public affairs with the Environmental Protection Agency, where she led efforts to transform the EPA's overall communications strategy.
In addition to her role at Gutenberg, Ucelli currently works independently as a strategic communications consultant in New York City.
