French/West/Vaughan has been named agency-of-record by Nfinity, a leading manufacturer of high-performance women’s athletic footwear. FWV will be responsible for providing PR counsel, executing a media relations campaign and social marketing program.

RALEIGH, NC—French/West/Vaughan has been named agency-of-record by Nfinity, a leading manufacturer of high-performance women’s athletic footwear. FWV will be responsible for providing PR counsel, executing a media relations campaign and social marketing program, event marketing and product seeding to raise visibility for the brand and help introduce its expanded line of women’s footwear to consumers and the retail trade.

 

FWV Distilled, a sister agency of FWV, will provide positioning work, advertising and media placement services for the privately-held company.

 

Originally known as the “official shoe of cheerleading,” Atlanta-based Nfinity is used by coaches and athletes nationwide, and is now expanding to provide high-performance footwear specifically designed for female athletes in other team sports.   

 

“We were searching for a partner who is committed to helping us grow, and also had an extensive knowledge of the footwear and sports business,” says Nfinity Shoes president Tate Chalk. “We’re confident that FWV, based on its track record of building strong national brands, is just the right strategic partner to help us further our leadership position in the cheerleading world, as well as introduce our new products within other women’s sports categories.”

 

FWV represents footwear clients that include the R.G Barry Company (Dearfoams), Berkshire Hathaway (Justin Boots) and Swedish-based Vincent children’s shoes, while its sports clients include the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association and sportswear brand Speedo.
