Fuentes to Lead Spanish Operations of Trimedia

Citigate Sanchis/Trimedia has appointed Eduardo Fuentes as its new chief executive for Spain and Portugal. In his new position, Fuentes will be responsible for the management and the development of the business.

MADRID—Citigate Sanchis/Trimedia has appointed Eduardo Fuentes as its new chief executive for Spain and Portugal. In his new position, Fuentes will be responsible for the management and the development of the business. José Antonio Lisbona will remain as president, responsible for managing and attending to specific client accounts, for providing support in developing new business opportunities and for identifying possible opportunities for acquisitions.

 

Fuentes began his career as a radio news reporter and subsequently moved into the field of image and communications consultancy at PR consultancies including Estudio de Comunicación and 01 Consulting. He has developed and advised on communications campaigns for companies and organisations such as BBVA, Caja Madrid, Operación Chamartín, Sun Microsystems and Akzo Nobel.

 

Prior to joining Citigate Sanchis/Trimedia, he was director of AxiCom Cohn & Wolfe Spain, a pan-European communications' agency with headquarters in London, where he launched the company's Spanish operations with considerable success.
