NEW YORK—Independent public relations firm G.S. Schwartz & Co. has established strategic partnerships with government relations firm Public Strategies LLC and with Harper & Case Interactive, which provides search engine optimization and other web-based marketing services.

“Rather than expand into new vertical industry sectors, we see growth in the decade ahead from providing a broader range of services to our current clients and target markets,” says agency president Jerry Schwartz. “By combining our resources and capabilities into this alliance, we will be better able to drive customers and investors to client websites, increasing their visibility and brand recognition, and we will be able to effectively generate and maintain positive relations with federal, state, and local governments about regulatory, statutory and budgetary issues.”

Public Strategies was founded three years ago by former New York state legislator Vincent Marrone and offers a range of services including advocacy, lobbying, association managing and polling for clients with issues at the federal, state, and local levels. Harper & Case is a full service interactive marketing company specializing in online marketing; including search engine optimization and web advertising.
