SAN DIEGO—Gable PR has opened a new office in Bellevue, Wash., to better serve the Pacific Northwest’s strong technology and life science community. The new office will be headed by account executive Liz Dill, a long-time Seattle resident who moves from the San Diego office.  She will continue to play a key role in serving Gable PR’s Southern California-based clients as well as build the agency’s client base in the Pacific Northwest.

Dill helped manage the agency’s award-winning media relations program for the 2008 BIO International Convention, the world’s largest gathering of the biotechnology community. Her other clients include Pfizer Global Research & Development, TAG, and CONNECT, which spurs economic development among innovative companies in the San Diego life science, wireless and technology industries.

Before joining Gable PR, Dill worked at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide in Seattle.

“Seattle is similar to San Diego is that innovation is strong in the biotech and high tech industries, which means companies often have complex stories to tell,” says Tom Gable, CEO of Gable PR. “We’ve previously worked with interesting companies in the Seattle and Vancouver areas and believe having a permanent presence will give us an opportunity to bring our strategic approach to clients who want to position themselves for future growth and be able to tell their story to the right people in the right way.”
