GCI to Help acas Communicate Age Discrimination Expertise

GCI London has been appointed by Acas, Britain’s leading employment relations organization, to provide public relations support for a public awareness campaign to help employers and individuals get to grips with the new age discrimination regulations.

LONDON—GCI London has been appointed by Acas, Britain’s leading employment relations organization, to provide public relations support for a public awareness campaign to help employers and individuals get to grips with the new age discrimination regulations that make it unlawful to discriminate against employees because of their age.

GCI is working to position Acas as the most credible source of advice for employers and employees in the U.K. via a multi-layered media program targeting national, trade and regional media. There will be a heavy focus on broadcast and online media to coincide with October deadline. GCI will also provide PR support for Acas’ regional training courses for businesses seeking a deeper understanding of the new law and its implications.
