LONDON—Veteran U.K. public relations executives Nick Giles and Michael Hayman have joined forces to launch Seven Hills, a new PR consultancy. Giles was formerly managing director of Text 100 in the U.K. and a board director at MS&L, while Hayman was most recently chief executive of The Communication Group and previously was board directors at Hill & Knowlton.

With a focus on corporate clients, entrepreneurs and fast growth businesses, Seven Hills has already signed several clients including EDF Energy and Doug Richard’s School for Startups, for which it will provide a range of reputation management and stakeholder engagement services.

The two principals are joined by former MS&L associate director Jessica de Pree, and former Daily Telegraph reporter Nicole Green.

The firm has also assembled an advisory panel of specialists from the worlds of journalism, social media, corporate affairs, entrepreneurship and advocacy to provide its clients with expert insights, counsel and connections. Members include YouGovStone managing director and networking specialist Carole Stone; Greenbang founder and FT Digital Business writer Dan Ilett; FT entrepreneurship columnist Mike Southon; former BBC broadcaster and head of public affairs at Harrods and the House of Fraser group Michael Cole; and former MP and public affairs specialist Geoffrey Lawler.
