Goldfarb Joins Unilever as PR Director

Nancy Goldfarb, currently director of corporate affairs for Bristol-Myers Squibb, is joining Unilever United Stateas as director of public relations.

NEW YORK, May 7—Nancy Goldfarb, currently director of corporate affairs for Bristol-Myers Squibb, is joining Unilever United Stateas as director of public relations.
 
Goldfarb will be responsible for corporate public relations issues and media relations, and will serve as Unilever’s chief press officer in the United States. She will also provide counsel to the businesses for major brand public relations initiatives, and reports to Paul Wood, vice president of corporate affairs for Unilever United States.
At Bristol-Myers Squibb, Goldfarb developed strategies for and handled external announcements involving acquisitions and divestitures, quarterly earnings reports, executive speaking platforms, and legal and regulatory actions. She served as a primary corporate media spokesperson and worked closely with members of the major business and financial press.
 
Previously, Goldfarb was senior vice president of Ketchum Public Relations in New York, heading up the agency’s consumer marketing practice.
