Golin Expands McDonald's Relationship with Virginia Coop

GolinHarris has been selected by McDonald’s regional cooperative in Richmond, Va., as its public relations agency of record. Golin will represent 13 owner operators and 70 McDonald’s locations in the region.

RICHMOND—GolinHarris has been selected by McDonald’s regional cooperative in Richmond, Va., as its public relations agency of record. Golin will represent 13 owner operators and 70 McDonald’s locations in the region and will provide support in the areas of crisis communications, media relations and marketing and branding. 

The partnership represents an extension of an existing GolinHarris relationship that began with the Washington D.C. McDonald’s cooperative in 1993 and added the Baltimore cooperative in 2004.

GolinHarris will service the Richmond Cooperative by establishing a local satellite office which will be managed by Julie Dixon, executive vice president in the Washington D.C. and Baltimore GolinHarris offices. The office will be supported by the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore offices of GolinHarris.
