LONDON--GolinHarris London has made its first three senior hires under the new service model that the agency rolled out earlier this year.

The Interpublic Group firm has named Neil Henderson as executive director of media, and Nick Bishop as executive director of its corporate team. In addition, Kristen Lazur is appointed as director in the consumer team.

Earlier this year, GolinHarris unveiled a new operating model designed to help it capitalise on shifting trends in the media and agency landscape. The transformation was analysed in detail by the Holmes Report.

Henderson joins Red Consultancy, after previously working for the Wriglesworth Consultancy and BBC News.

Bishop, who joins from Gardant Communcations, will lead the London corporate team, working alongside international president Jon Hughes. Former freelance consultant Lazur will report to Bibi Hilton, head of the GolinHarris’ fast-growing consumer practice.
