GolinHarris Opens Nordic Hub in Stockholm

GolinHarris is opening a Nordic hub in Stockholm as it continues to expand its presence in Europe. Sofia Heidenberg, who was previously managing director at sister agency Weber Shandwick, will become managing director for the new operation.

CHICAGO—GolinHarris is opening a Nordic hub in Stockholm as it continues to expand its presence in Europe. Sofia Heidenberg, who was previously managing director at sister agency Weber Shandwick, will become managing director for the new operation.  Christina Saliba who recently joined from Prime PR, will become new managing director at Weber Shandwick Sweden.

 

In the new set-up Weber Shandwick, which opened its office in Stockholm in 2006, will be co-located with McCann, and GolinHarris with Lowe Brindfors.

 

“The addition of an office in Sweden will be an important enhancement to our offering in continental European,” says Fred Cook, president and chief executive officer of GolinHarris. The firm has recently expanded its EMEA operations to nine offices.
