GolinHarris Picks Up VTech Account

GolinHarris has been selected by VTech Communications as its public relations agency for U.S. telecommunications products.

LOS ANGELES—GolinHarris has been selected by VTech Communications as its public relations agency for U.S. telecommunications products. This assignment expands the agency’s already existing partnership with VTech Holdings; the firm’s Hong Kong office has served the company since 1998 in the areas of corporate communications, investor relations, internal communications and issues management.  

In the United States, GolinHarris will work to increase brand awareness and preference for the company’s VTech and AT&T-branded cordless phone products.  The agency’s Orange County and Los Angeles offices will lead the assignment.

“With its leadership in consumer branding and consumer electronics, GolinHarris has the right capabilities to elevate the VTech brand and build on our heritage of technology and innovation,” says Tom Bacon, executive director of marketing communications for VTech.  “Our existing corporate relationship with the agency allows us to leverage GolinHarris’ global capabilities and build a cohesive brand image for VTech.”
