GolinHarris Takes Over Lowe PR Office in Romania

GolinHarris has added a new office in Bucharest, Romania to serve the Eastern European market. The public relations department of Lowe PR is being rebranded to GolinHarris.

BUCHAREST—GolinHarris has added a new office in Bucharest, Romania to serve the Eastern European market. The public relations department of Lowe PR is being rebranded to GolinHarris and Hortensia Nastase, an 11-year veteran with Lowe PR, has been confirmed as managing director of GolinHarris Bucharest.

Key clients include Unilever, Orange, Electrolux, Johnson & Johnson and RBS.   The new operation is the latest move by GolinHarris to expand its business in Europe. Over the past two years the firm has added new offices in Paris and Stockholm, appointed new leadership in Germany, formed a new strategic partnership with Rekta Communications in Turkey and grown its flagship UK business significantly.

Nastase’s experience includes consumer marketing, healthcare and corporate communications. Throughout her career, she has led campaigns for Unilever, Orange, Electrolux, Johnson & Johnson, Motorola, Deutsche Telekom, Abbott Laboratories, GSK, Eli Lilly and Pernod Ricard. She says that “being part of the GolinHarris family allows us to build and invest in our consumer brand and digital capabilities.”
