Gonsoulin to Head Golin's West Coast Corporate Practice

GolinHarris has hired Jean Gonsoulin as senior vice president in the Los Angeles office. She will be responsible for managing the agency’s corporate practice in both Los Angeles and San Francisco.

CHICAGO—GolinHarris has hired Jean Gonsoulin as senior vice president in the Los Angeles office. She will be responsible for managing the agency’s corporate practice in both Los Angeles and San Francisco and will report Judy Johnson, managing director of GolinHarris’ Western Region.

Prior to joining GolinHarris, Gonsoulin was a counselor who represented clients such as the U.S. Chemical Safety & Hazard Investigation Board, providing crisis media relations advice; Shell Oil, working closely with the company on a global branding strategy and other communications projects impacting corporate reputation; and Christine Anderson & Associates, developing and implementing agency client service and operations best practices.

Previously, Gonsoulin served as vice president of corporate communications for Clear Channel Entertainment, where she reported directly to the CEO and led a communications team responsible for national media relations, brand development, corporate philanthropy and social responsibility, executive visibility and employee communications.

Gonsoulin also led Weber Shandwick’s Houston office as vice president and general manager.
