BOSTON—Harvest Power has selected Greenough Communications as its agency of record. Harvest, which produces renewable energy and nutrient-rich products from organic waste using unique technologies for composting, biogas production and biomass gasification, selected Greenough to help articulate the innovation behind its technologies and the role Harvest will play in advancing organics recycling.

“While recycling habits have improved overall in recent years, we have a long way to go to make more businesses, communities and individuals aware of the potential to turn organic waste into renewable energy,” said Paul Sellew, CEO of Harvest Power. “There is so much energy and nutrient-rich compost that we can derive from organic waste, and we’re confident that Greenough can help us extend that message in a way that will increase awareness quickly and effectively.”

Greenough’s green practice includes companies such as Sun Catalytix, 1366 Technologies, Northern Power Systems, Advanced Electron Beams, US Department of Energy ECOCar Challenge, and GEO2 Technologies.
