H&K Exec to Open D.C. Office for Strategic PR Firm

Former Hill & Knowlton executive Steve Kramer has joined strategic public relations firm, C4CS as senior partner and leader of the firm’s new office in Washington, D.C.

CHARLOTTE, March 18—Former Hill & Knowlton executive Steve Kramer has joined strategic public relations firm, C4CS as senior partner and leader of the firm’s new office in Washington, D.C. C4CS specializes in crisis management and communications skills, and with Kramer’s appointment will add full service public relations capabilities.
 
“We’re a really nimble, client-based company,” says Kramer. “We offer senior support and innovative tools—the same services our larger competitors promise—at a fraction of the cost, and with an absolute senior- level focus on quality and results.”
 
Kramer was most recently a senior managing director at Hill & Knowlton in the nation’s capital, working on the U.S. Mint’s 50 State Quarters program and the National Pest Management Association account. He has also worked at major agencies including Burson-Marsteller, Ketchum, Weber Shandwick Worldwide.
 
“We’ve been waiting to establish a Washington office,” says managing partner David Snepp, “until we found exactly the right person.
