H&K, Fleishman, Weber Shandwick, Edelman Top SABRE Nominees

Hill & Knowlton, Fleishman-Hillard, Weber Shandwick and Edelman are among the leading firms with multiple EMEA region SABRE Awards finalists. The winners will be presented at our annual awards dinner at Stockholm’s City Hall on May 21.

LONDON—Hill & Knowlton, Fleishman-Hillard, Weber Shandwick and Edelman are among the leading firms with multiple EMEA region SABRE Awards finalists. The winners of the SABRE Awards, presented for Superior Achievement in Branding & Reputation, will be presented at our annual awards dinner at Stockholm’s City Hall on May 21.

 

Hill & Knowlton led the way with a total of 12 finalists in the 60 awards categories, followed by Fleishman-Hillard and Weber Shandwick with 11 nominees each, and Edelman, with 10 finalists.

 

Other firms with multiple finalists following the judging—which took place in London over the past two weeks—include Burson-Marsteller (including its Donath B-M and Solski B-M units) and Ogilvy PR (including SPN Ogilvy in Russia) with nine nominees each; Euro RSCG (including d’Antona & Partners) and Pleon (eight nominees); Prime PR and Publicis Consultants (seven each); Brands2Life (six); Blue Rubicon, Cohn & Wolfe (including its Axicom subsidiary) Four Communications, The Red Consultancy, and Trimedia (five each).

 

They were selected from more than 1,800 entries in this year’s awards competition, an increase of more than 20 percent over last year.

 

In addition, Interel, Ketchum, MS&L, Porter Novelli, Shine Communications and Unity received four nominations each; and Eulogy PR, Hotwire, Jung, Marco de Communicacion, Partner of Promotion and Text 100 received three each.
