H&K Promotes Temple to GM of San Francisco

Hill & Knowlton has promoted Jennifer Temple, senior vice president, to general manager of the San Francisco office. She will report to global CEO and chairman Paul Taaffe.

NEW YORK—Hill & Knowlton has promoted Jennifer Temple, senior vice president, to general manager of the San Francisco office. She will report to global CEO and chairman Paul Taaffe.

 

Temple joined H&K’s Houston office in 2003 and relocated to San Francisco in 2005. She specializes in corporate positioning and executive communications and serves as the firm’s global client service director for Hewlett-Packard. She provides the agency account team and HP with strategic counsel and direction for corporate announcements and overall issues of reputation. During her tenure at H&K, she has also provided support to clients like QUALCOMM, Symantec, Panasonic and Sony DADC. 

 

Prior to joining H&K, she served as senior director of marketing communications for The Irvine Company, a real estate development company in Newport Beach.  She previously served as vice president of corporate communications for Banc of America Securities (formerly Montgomery Securities) in San Francisco and was an assistant press secretary to California’s former governor, Pete Wilson.
