Haines to Lead Communications for Disneyland Resort

Lisa Haines has been named vice president of communications for the Disneyland Resort, reporting to Kristin Nolt Wingard, senior vice president of public affairs.

LOS ANGELES—Lisa Haines has been named vice president of communications for the Disneyland Resort, reporting to Kristin Nolt Wingard, senior vice president of public affairs.

 

In her new role, Haines will lead the Resort’s communications functions, including media relations, internal and guest communications and issues management. She will also be responsible for external communications and developing engagement strategies with key stakeholders. Haines will serve as a top spokesperson for the Resort, and will be responsible for growing relationships with the news media and other external influencers.

 

Haines currently serves as vice president of external communications for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, where for the last four years, she has overseen media relations and key stakeholder communications. Before joining The Walt Disney Company in 2004, Haines served as vice president, corporate communications for Health Net, one of the country’s largest managed health care corporations.
