STOCKHOLM—Corporate and financial specialist Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group has acquired Springtime, historically best-known for its brand marketing expertise, but which more recently has been building impressive corporate capabilities.

The merger creates a group consisting of three communication agencies: Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, KW Digital, and Springtime, consolidating some of the country’s foremost communications consultants.

The transaction follows the repurchase of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson from its previous American owners by executives and founders of the company.

According to Martin Petersson, CEO of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group, “We will continue to develop Springtime towards being Sweden’s leading advisor within corporate communication, specializing in internal and change communication, public affairs and market communication.”
