NEW YORK—Peppercom has named Patricia Harden as general manager of the agency’s San Francisco office. She succeeds Andy Hilton, who was recently promoted to director and is now based in Peppercom’s New York office.

Harden’s primary focus will be business development and creative strategy for the San Francisco office. She joins Peppercom from Gibbs & Soell, where she was vice president and financial services practice leader. Prior to that, she ran her own consulting firm, Corporate Media, LLC, specializing in PR for financial services firms. Harden also held corporate senior management positions at OffRoad Capital, American Century, Fidelity Investments and Sun America.

“Pat has a stellar combination of agency and corporate experience,” said Steve Cody, managing partner and co-founder of Peppercom. “She has a proven track record of building relationships with clients that fit well with Peppercom’s award winning work. We’re confident that Pat has the strategic business skills and creativity we need to take Peppercom San Francisco to the next level.”
