LONDON--Harold Burson breaks down his 60-year PR industry career in the first episode of the Holmes Report's new podcast, which launches today.

The Echo Chamber podcast, which can be accessed here, sees Burson touch on numerous topics as Burson-Marsteller celebrates its 60th anniversary. These include his concerns over the development of the PR industry; the reputation issues it continues to suffer; and whether he regrets selling his firm to WPP.

The fortnightly show also features a regular roundup of key stories from across the PR world, including analysis of mediocre 2012 PR results at the holding groups; reputation issues regarding Malaysia, Fonterra and the Catholic Church; and the UK CIPR's decision to go to school.

The podcast is hosted by Holmes Report managing editor Arun Sudhaman and former Edelman EMEA CEO Robert Phillips. It is sponsored by Diffusion and produced by TVC Group.
