LONDON—Cake and sister agency EHS 4D Group have launched The Flightdeck, a new social media listening tool that aggregates quantitative and qualitative metrics from a broad range of online information sources, accessible across multiple platforms.
The Flightdeck is designed to allow users to track the sentiment of every piece of online activity around their brand, and will show the importance, influence and authority of any individual that posts a comment, giving far greater insight into brand perception at any given time.

Leading buzz monitoring specialist Sysomos provides real time analysis of multi-language and multi-territory conversations taking place across blogs, forums, social networks and news sites. The Flightdeck also incorporates influencer analysis and authority rankings.
