Heiss Named Co-Leader of Golin's U.S. Tech Practice

GolinHarris has appointed Elke Heiss as executive vice president and co-leader of the agency’s technology practice in the U.S. Heiss will work to expand the agency’s national business-to-business and enterprise technology portfolio

SAN FRANCISCO—GolinHarris has appointed Elke Heiss as executive vice president and co-leader of the agency’s technology practice in the U.S.  Heiss will work alongside co-leader Stephen Jones to broaden and expand the agency’s national business-to-business and enterprise technology portfolio. Heiss, based in the Bay Area, also will lead the agency’s San Francisco office operations and business development efforts.

 

She reports to Judy Johnson, Western region managing director. 

 

Heiss joins an technology team that provides public relations, social media and integrated marketing communications services to companies in a wide range of businesses, including Nintendo of America, VTech, Infosys, Texas Instruments, and ZigBee Alliance.

 

Prior to joining GolinHarris, Heiss was the managing director of Sterling Communications’ San Francisco office for more than a decade.  She established its San Francisco office and the agency’s media and entertainment and clean tech practice.  She also served at GlobalCom PR-Network, a pan-European agency, where she was the managing director and established the agency’s global network.
