NEW YORK—ATA Airlines, a leading low-cost carrier and the 10th largest airline in the United States, has retained Hill & Knowlton as its agency of record. H&K will handle external communications for the airline, including corporate positioning, media relations, consumer promotions, and support of investor relations.
