NEW YORK—Hill & Knowlton has added The Curaçao Tourist Board to its growing travel and tourism roster. The New York and Miami offices will help gain media exposure and attract North American visitors to the Caribbean island.

Curaçao, located 40 miles off the coast of Venezuela in the outer fringes of the hurricane belt, is known for its diving, restaurants, and beaches and is marketed with the tagline “Real. Different.”

“Hill & Knowlton shares our vision for putting Curaçao on the top of the list for Caribbean travel,” says Eugene Rhuggenaath, commissioner for economic affairs and tourism in Curaçao. “We’re experiencing an exciting period of development and expansion, so now is an excellent time to share our story.”
