NEW YORK—Conexión Public Relations, a full-service PR firm specializing in the U.S. Hispanic market, has joined the Lumin Collaborative the two-year old think tank founded by Carter Ryley Thomas, Padilla Speer Beardsley, Peppercom and Patrice Tanaka & Co. to share training resources, identify industry best practices, and develop new concepts, products and services based on business needs.
