Hoang to Lead Weber Shandwick's European Digital Practice

Kim Hoang, a veteran of advertising agency McCann Erickson, has been named head of the European digital practice at Weber Shandwick.

LONDON—Kim Hoang, a veteran of advertising agency McCann Erickson, has been named head of the European digital practice at Weber Shandwick.

 

Hoang, based in Weber Shandwick’s London office, will lead a team of 25 digital specialists across the firm's European network and will be responsible for new product and service development, revenue growth, talent recruitment and the continued integration of digital across the firm's other key practice areas. She will report jointly to U.K. and Europe chief executive Colin Byrne and global chief digital strategist and creative director James Warren.

Hoang previously served as head of digital at McCann Erickson, Weber Shandwick’s sister advertising agency. More recently, she worked with Byrne as European Head of digital and information systems at Weber Shandwick’s parent company, CMGPR.
