LONDON—The Holmes Group has named Arun Sudhaman as partner and managing editor. Sudhaman, most recently associate editor at PR Week in London, will be responsible for expanding The Holmes Report’s coverage and analysis of the global public relations industry and for developing new editorial products. He will be based in London and will report to Holmes Group chief executive and Holmes Report editor Paul Holmes.
Sudhaman has spent the past six years covering the public relations business in Asia and the U.K. He spent four years working with Haymarket Media in Asia, initially as South-East Asia editor of Media magazine, based in Singapore, and later as deputy editor based in Hong Kong. While there he played a key role in the re-launch of the print title and the Media.Asia website.
Since January 2009, Sudhaman has been based in London as associate editor at Haymarket’s PR Week, where he was responsible for the launch of PRWeek Global and the publication’s Global Agency Report Card.
At The Holmes Report, Sudhaman will be responsible for a wide range of editorial, including global news and analysis, digital and multimedia content for holmesreport.com (the publication’s soon-to-be re-launched website), and profiles for the Asia-Pacific, EMEA and North American Agency Report Cards.
