LOS ANGELES—The Los Angeles office of Allison & Partners has signed a three-year contract with Hope on Wheels, a national non-profit charity created by Hyundai Motor America and its dealers to raise funds to fight pediatric cancer.  Hope on Wheels enlists Hyundai dealers nationwide to raise funds for pediatric cancer research by donating $5 for each car sold.

“Hyundai’s Hope on Wheels executive dealer council and I were very impressed by the Allison & Partners’ team and its strategy for advancing our most important community affairs initiative,” says Zafar Brooks, director of government relations and diversity outreach for Hyundai Motor America and executive director of the Hope on Wheels program. “The agency beat out three other firms by developing a concise and passionate plan that would further activate dealer participation and grow the program in new markets across the country.”

Allison & Partners is developing collateral materials for the 2008 tour event, including banners and imprinted wearables.  In May, the firm began notifying regional hospitals of the Hyundai donation and coordinating media outreach for ceremonial donation events across the country.
