DUBLIN—Hopscotch, one of the largest independent PR consultancies in France, has created a new subsidiary aimed at extending its international range of services. Hopscotch Europe In One offers a complete media relations service to clients throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as the United States from a single centre of action, based in Dublin.

“We’ve chosen Dublin to introduce a totally new business model in our sector because we believe it is the best place in Europe to create a team of multi-cultural consultants”, says Patrick Frison-Roche, of Hopscotch Europe In One. “It is also a very effective communications hub with the USA. Frison-Roche leads a team of multi-cultural PR consultants who have worked overseas in PR agencies or media and can lead and execute campaigns across European countries from their base in Dublin, ensuring direct contact with local media.
