SAN FRANCISCO—Technology public relations specialist Horn Group has introduced a new suite of products, called HGI Communication Services, to assist clients with measurement and evaluation and interactive communication.

HGI Research includes three new services to help clients measure the effectiveness of their public relations programming, make smarter and more strategic decisions about market opportunities and competitive issues, and revise communications programs as a result. The agency has in-house research talent that provides quantitative and qualitative analysis of media coverage, competitors, market strategy and industry trends, and products including Media Coverage Snapshot, Media Content Analysis and Custom Research.

HGI Design & Technology includes a range of new services from graphic design and presentation content to website development and custom Internet applications, provided by a team of designers and developers at Horn itself and through its expanded partnership with Hall Consulting. New services include graphic design, e-brochures, product quick tours and web development.

“Several months ago, we asked clients where to focus our development efforts in order to offer the best service and gain a competitive edge,” says Sabrina Horn, president and CEO. “In a cash conservative and tough economic environment, clients can benefit from economies of scale. For example, competitive research is a natural extension of our positioning workshops, and graphic design of a corporate launch presentation is an extension of the press materials we create.”

Pricing for HGI Communication Services varies by project and scope: Research starts at $2,500, Design & Technology projects start at $3,000.
