Incepta Acquires Leading Belgian Agency

Incepta Group, the parent of Citigate Dewe Rogerson and Citigate Cunningham, has acquired PR Force NV and its subsidiary PR Force Nederland, a leading independent public relations consultancy with headquarters in Brussels.

LONDON—Incepta Group, the parent of Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Citigate Cunningham and several other public relations brands, has acquired PR Force NV and its subsidiary PR Force Nederland, a leading independent public relations consultancy with headquarters in Brussels. The acquisition is “a further step in the strategic development of the group in Europe,” according to Incepta.           
 
PR Force was founded in 1990 and employs a team of 35 offering a breadth of services including corporate and consumer public relations, financial communications and investor relations, internal communications and issue management. Current clients include Aventis, Colgate-Palmolive, Diageo, Nike, Packard Bell, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Roche, Staples and Toyota Industrial Equipment.
 
For the year ended December 31, PR Force had gross revenues of around $5 million.
 
According to Incepta executive chairman David Wright, “Incepta continues to place priority on the development of a pan-European network offering our clients excellence across our range of communication disciplines. The acquisition of PR Force is a further step in the development of Incepta’s presence in the region. As one of the fastest growing and largest independent consultancies in the Benelux region, PR Force is able to deliver a range of communication solutions to its clients.”
 
PR Force will work closely with Citigate First Financial in Amsterdam.
