NEW DELHI--Aditya Ghosh, president and CEO of Indian airline IndiGo, will headline the conference that precedes the inaugural SABRE Awards India on July 26th.

Ghosh will deliver the keynote address at an event features a range of senior leaders from the worlds of communications, media and marketing, focusing on the theme 'Every Word Counts - Measured Communications'.

Under Ghosh's leadership, IndiGo has grown rapidly to become India's most profitable airline. In his keynote address, Ghosh will explore how strategic communication has helped him build IndiGo into a powerful brand.

A panel discussion moderated by Bloomberg TV India executive editor Mini Menon, meanwhile, will focus on how public relations is measured, looking at such areas as reputation, business impact and staff retention. The session will feature Facebook communications head Carson Dalton; FleishmanHillard SVP Don Andersen; Amazon India's Meenu Handa; and, Aseem Sood from Impact Research.

Another session will explore the 'turf war' between PR and advertising, led by FutureBrands CEO Santosh Desai. A panel on 'brevity and simplicity', meanwhile, will include IFC/World Bank Group South Asia communications head Minakshi Seth and brand consultant Subhomoy Sengupta.
