NEW YORK—MDC Partners agency Kwittken has launched KFF, a new lifestyle and entertainment "agency-within-an-agency," specializing in high-impact publicity, consumer and media events, celebrity influencer engagement and brand partnerships. KFF will have it its own client portfolio—comprised primarily of epicurean, hospitality, technology, fashion, luxury, real estate and celebrity brands—and will support Kwittken's existing client base. It will be led by director Michelle Aselta, previously with Stuntman Public Relations, The Door and People's Revolution.

CULVER CITY, CA—Marketing firm Haley Miranda Group has expanded its capabilities to include full public relations and social media services. Ashton Spatz has been appointed director, social media and public relations, joining from Live Nation, where she was senior marketing and promotions manager at House of Blues Entertainment and Live Nation since 2012. Maggie Waters join as senior manager, public relations from Tina Thomson Communications, and Sarah Ledesma, previously of The American Film Institute, joins as social media manager.

KANSAS CITY, MO–Agency search consultancy AAR Partners has added a Midwest office location to its New York headquarters and Los Angeles office. The new Kansas City office is launched in partnership with two advertising industry professionals, George Weyrauch and Jay Liebenguth, with 45 years of combined experience.
