Finn acquires DC creative shop; new analytics practices at Lewis, Global Strategy Group; Dukas Linden partners with MHP; Nasdaq launches new product.

NEW YORK—Finn Partners has acquired Greenfield Belser, a brand strategy and creative services firm based in Washington, DC. The acquisition will expand Finn’s capabilities in brand strategy, digital design, web technologies and content marketing.Burkey Belser, co-founder of Greenfield Belser, will become managing partner of the Greenfield Belser division of Finn Partners’ digital and creative practice. The client base of Greenfield Belser includes professional services firms, national trade and professional associations, as well as universities and investment advisory/wealth management firms.

LONDON—Lewis has launched Observa, a global analytics proposition. The modular suite of analytical capabilities provide clients with tools to better understand, manage and optimize their marketing and communication programs. Its offer includes audience intelligence, brand reputation, media and influencer relations, digital footprint, pipeline analytics and market opportunities. Observa will support clients in refining, redesigning or reenergizing their marketing communications.

NEW YORK—Global Strategy Group has launched a new analytics practice that will help companies better understand consumers and campaigns better understand voters by taking advantage of new technology and the increased availability of of data. GSG Analytics will be led by Emily Norman, an alum of Obama for America’s analytics team and McKinsey & Company. The new practice will work alongside GSG’s existing polling team.

NEW YORK—Dukas Linden Public Relations has expanded its reach into continental Europe, the UK, and Asia through the establishment of an exclusive strategic partnership with MHP Communications, with offices in London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. MHP will act as DLPR’s exclusive partner in Europe and Asia, and DLPR will act as MHP’s exclusive partner in the US for financial and professional services PR. Together, the two agencies will provide PR and communications services to asset management and financial firms internationally.
