AMEC partners with ICCO, PRCA; Nyhus joins PROI; Strategic Vision offers new service; Fetching parent relaunches

LONDON—AMEC, the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication has formed a strategic partnership with the International Communications Consultancy Organisation and the Public Relations Consultants Association. ICCO and the PRCA will collaborate with AMEC on education initiatives and other events to promote the benefits of measurement in PR practice.

MILWAUKEE—Nyhus Communications, a strategic communication, marketing and advocacy firm, has joined IPREX, the global network of communication agencies. Founded in Seattle in 1994, Nyhus focuses on integrated communications programs, thought leadership and corporate responsibility. Clients include American Express, Northeastern University, Hainan Airlines, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, PhRMA, NTT America, Washington Clean Tech Alliance, and Seattle BioMed.

A specialist news distribution service, focuses on the needs of pet businesses to reach very specific target audiences within the trade and consumer media arena. The platform aims to become the leading resource for journalists, bloggers and other media interested in pet news, trends and expert sources.
