HB Agency acquires Winans Creative; new people in new roles at Prime Research, Heyman Associates.

NEWTON, MA—HB Agency, an integrated marketing and public relations firm, has acquired Winans Creative, a marketing, technology and digital development studio based in Easthampton, Mass. HB clients will have access from fully integrated marketing campaigns incorporating strategy, measurement, creative design and technology. Winans Creative will become HB's development team, delivering marketing messages across platforms using apps, mobile, web and custom-created digital channels to solve client marketing problems.

NEW YORK—Prime Research has added Chi-Chi Millaway and Alan Araujo as social media director and project director respectively. As social media director, Millaway will develop and oversee Prime’s social media monitoring, measurement and analysis activities. She joins from MBK Digital, where she founded the agency’s social media consultancy for international clients. As project director, Araujo will manage key client relationships, drawing on his experience with Porter Novelli, MWW and The Outcast Agency.

NEW YORK—After spending close to three years as the director of talent acquisition for Marina Maher Communications, an Omnicom company, Julie Conway has returned to executive search firm Heyman Associates as director. She will focus on search work in the digital and social space, in addition to supporting some of Heyman’s client relationships.
