Golin launches in Mexico; MDC launches multicultural agency; PRGN and InfiniteLatitude add partners.

MEXICO CITY—Golin has launched Golin Mexico in partnership with Zimat Consultores, a leading communication consulting firm in Mexico. In February of last year, Golin formed a new network of offices in Latin America, representing a group of more than 300 professionals in eight countries. Executive director Flavia Vígio will continue to act as the Latin American lead based in Golin's Miami office and Jaime Flores will serve as general manager for Golin Mexico.

LOS ANGELES—MDC Partners has formed Cultura United Agency, a cross-disciplinary marketing firm uniting advertising and public relations expertise with expertise in Hispanic, African American and Asian audiences. Formed in partnership with Doner, Cultura United is headed by Anita Albán Gastelum, previously a member of the executive leadership team at IPG’s multicultural agency Axis for 10 years and former regional director for Fleishman Hillard’s Hispanic group, FH Hispania.

SEATTLE—Public Relations Global Network has added two new agency affiliates from Nashville, Tenn., and Istanbul, Turkey, bringing its global reach to 45 firms worldwide. Nashville’s Reed PR has experience with Ford, Google, and Bank of America as well as some of Nashville’s largest companies, providing media relations, events, message development and marketing communications. Turkey’s Aristo Communications provides corporate, strategic and crisis communications services to clients such as Geberit, Eczacibasi Hygienic Group, Emsan, Saran Holding, Legrand, Rockwell Automation, Plantronics, and Wyndham Hotel.

FRANKFURT— InfiniteLatitude, an international network of senior PR consultants, has added new partners in India and Malaysia. Aarohan Communications, based in Mumbai, and Perception Management, based in Kuala Lumpur, both offer communications strategy, reputation management, and crisis communications counsel in their respective markets. InfiniteLatitude now covers 12 markets on three continents.
