Lewis PR expands international network; Virgo opens in New York; Nobles partners with Three-Sixty Advisory Group; Scribewise acquired.

LONDON—The Lewis+ global partnership network has added agencies in Austria, South Korea and Taiwan. The new member agencies—Cross PR in Taiwan, Min Communications in Korea, and Reiter PR in Austria—mean that technology and digital specialist Lewis can now provide support in 77 countries, either directly or through selected partners.

NEW YORK—Virgo Health, the UK healthcare communications agency acquired two years ago by Golin, has launched a US-based public relations practice in New York. Nancy Caravetta has been appointed to run the Virgo operation in New York, New York. She joins from Lippe Taylor, where she was executive vice president. Previously, she worked with Chaidan Healthcare Communications, Rx Brand Communications, and CPR Worldwide.

WILMINGTON, DE—Professional services firm Trellist Marketing &Technology is acquiring Philadelphia-based Scribewise, a content marketing and public relations agency founded in 2012 by John Miller, a veteran broadcast journalist and marketer. The staff of Scribewise will become Trellist employees and continue to operate the business as a division ofA Trellist, adding its service offerings into Trellist’s current customer base.
