Bond sold to Dallas-based agency; GroundFloor becomes B Corp; DPK opens in Portland, Ore.

NEW ORLEANS—Moroch Holdings, a privately-held family of integrated marketing and communications companies that includes Dallas-based Moroch Partners, has taken a minority interest in Bond Public Relations & Brand Strategy. Effective immediately, the New Orleans-based agency will merge with Moroch's Southeastern division and will rebrand as Bond Moroch. Bond will also welcome Brad Hunter from Moroch as a partner.

DENVER—GroundFloor Media has achieved B Corporation Certification, conferred by the global nonprofit B Lab and recognizing companies that are using their business as a force for good. To gain certifiction, GFM had to prove that the agency met stringent performance requirements outlined in the B Impact Assessment, a globally recognized standard that looks at environmental performance, a company’s impact on all its stakeholders, and a company's accountability, governance and transparency practices.

PORTLAND, OR—DPK Public Relations, a full-service firm specializing in reputation management, crisis communication, spokesperson training and content marketing, has established a Pacific Northwest headquarters in Portland, Ore. DPK founder and president Daniel Keeney has relocated and will guide the new office. The firm is headquartered in Dallas.
