Insidedge Adds Three New Staff

Insidedge, the employee communications unit of GolinHarris, has appointed Kristen Otterness, Erika Crowell and Natasha Lindor.

CHICAGO—Insidedge, the employee communications consultancy owned Interpublic Group and operating as part of GolinHarris, has appointed Kristen Otterness, Erika Crowell and Natasha Lindor as vice president, account group supervisor and account supervisor respectively in its Chicago office.
 
Before joining Insidedge, Otterness was a senior thoughtpartner with The Grossman Group, an internal and leadership communications consultancy in Chicago. Prior to her time at The Grossman Group, she worked as a communications manager for Exelon Corporation, one of the nation’s largest electric utilities, in both the corporate and nuclear divisions.
 
Prior to joining Insidedge, Crowell was an internal communications manager at Deloitte, the international accounting and consulting firm, and earlier managed internal and external communications at advertising agency DDB Chicago.
 

Lindor held various sales and marketing roles at Colgate-Palmolive including business development, account management and category management.
